Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup cashews
6 soft dates (you can add more according to your taste)
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)

Method

  1. Add oats, almonds, cashews, and dates to a bowl. Pour in the milk and let everything soak for about 2 hours. This softens the ingredients and helps create a silky texture.
  2. Transfer the soaked ingredients along with the soaking milk into a blender. Add peanut butter and cocoa powder. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smooth batter into an airtight container or loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 7–8 hours, or until firm.
  4. Top with crushed almonds, crushed cashews, sliced dates, and a generous drizzle of homemade date syrup.

Notes

Serve this ice cream:
As a healthy dessert after dinner
As a satisfying snack on hot days
As a nutritious treat for kids
With fresh fruits such as bananas or strawberries
