- Add oats, almonds, cashews, and dates to a bowl. Pour in the milk and let everything soak for about 2 hours. This softens the ingredients and helps create a silky texture.
- Transfer the soaked ingredients along with the soaking milk into a blender. Add peanut butter and cocoa powder. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smooth batter into an airtight container or loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 7–8 hours, or until firm.
- Top with crushed almonds, crushed cashews, sliced dates, and a generous drizzle of homemade date syrup.
