Method
Heat ghee in a pan and cook onions until they turn brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.
Add tomato puree and spices, and cook until the oil starts to separate.
Now add the chicken and mix well.
Cook on medium flame for 20–25 minutes until the chicken becomes soft.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
This recipe can be the same for boneless chicken aswell

Its always best to avoid cream , extra butter or extra ghee as toppings. It adds to the calories and can cause inflamation,
