Ingredients
  

200g chicken
1 tbsp ghee / olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tomato (pureed)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt as per taste
Fresh coriander

Method
 

Heat ghee in a pan and cook onions until they turn brown.
    Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.
      Add tomato puree and spices, and cook until the oil starts to separate.
        Now add the chicken and mix well.
          Cook on medium flame for 20–25 minutes until the chicken becomes soft.
            Garnish with coriander and serve.
              This recipe can be the same for boneless chicken aswell
