Ingredients
  

200g chicken
1 tbsp ghee / olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tomato (pureed)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt as per taste
Fresh coriander

Method
 

* Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.
    * Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for about 1 minute.
      * Add tomato puree and spices, and cook until the oil starts to separate.
        * Now add the chicken directly and mix well.
          * Cook on medium flame for 20–25 minutes until the chicken becomes soft and tender.
            * Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
              Use fresh tomatoes instaed of canned tomatoes

            Notes

            It is highly recommended to use cold press cocnut oil, olive oil (for low flame cooking) or pure cow ghee. Avoid refined oil and soyabean oil. Portion control is essential.
