Ayurvedic Diet Plan for High Blood Pressure

- Khichdi (moong dal ,rice ,ghee very little)
- Vegetable plate (lauki, tori, spinach, cucumber)
Salad is a must. Before having lunch, have salad with cucumber, carrot, beetroot, and tomato with a pinch of salt, pepper and lemon.
Evening Snack(4–6 PM)
- Herbal tea
- Handful nuts (almonds, walnuts)

Dinner Options (Very Light Meal)
- Vegetable soup
- Light khichdi
- Steamed vegetables along with one small roti
- Moong dal soup
