Method
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sweetener
Add the melted chocolate and mix well
Add almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder
Pour in milk and vanilla extract to make a smooth batter
Transfer to a greased pan and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes
Use 70% or higher cocoa dark chocolate for less sugar
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the cake moist
- Use stevia to further reduce calories
- Add nuts on top for extra crunch
