Ingredients
  

1 cup almond flour
½ cup dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
2–3 tbsp honey or stevia (as per taste)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa powder

Method
 

Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave
    In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sweetener
      Add the melted chocolate and mix well
        Add almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder
          Pour in milk and vanilla extract to make a smooth batter
            Transfer to a greased pan and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes
              Use 70% or higher cocoa dark chocolate for less sugar

            Notes

            • Do not overbake to keep the cake moist
            • Use stevia to further reduce calories 
            • Add nuts on top for extra crunch
